DIPSCO stands for “Department of Cognitive Sciences and Psychology”, and is a unit within the University of Trento. The debate in the last months has been how to promote open education, based on educational technologies and eLearning. The starting point was the committment of several stakeholders within the DIPSCO to promote quality teaching and learning in higher education.
