Design Based Research Investigació teòrica i pràctica pedagògica de l’aprenentatge: Design-Based-Research (BDR) en els nous contextos educatius de dades massives (CAT)

No obstante el llarg camí de desenvolupament de la DBR des del treballador pioner d’Ann Brown en 1992, aquest paradigma avui s’hauria d’orientar a la consideració del fenomen de dades massives i la possibilitat d’activar processos de recerca “data-driven”. En la presentació es proposa el paradigma DBR des de la seva concepció al seu desenvolupament recent, amb exemples de pràctica, i es llança un moment de reflexió sobre els nous contexts de dades massives.

Investigación Educativa (ESP)

La investigación educativa ha recorrido un largo camino que caracteriza la configuración del campo de las ciencias de la educación. Todavía, en su estado actual enfrenta una serie de aspectos críticos para su desarrollo como campo científico, ligados a la fragmentariedad de métodos y enfoques de investigación, así como la intrínseca relación de la investigación educativa con sus aspectos aplicativos reclamados sea por políticas educativas, sea por la sociedad.

Educational research has come a long way that characterizes the configuration of the field of educational sciences. Still, in its current state it faces a series of critical aspects for its development as a scientific field, linked to the fragmentation of research methods and approaches, as well as the intrinsic relationship of educational research with its applied aspects, which are demanded either by educational policies and the society.

Pathways to Openness in Networked Learning: The Case of Open Data – Presented at the Networkerd Learning Conference 2018

Workshop Presentation and Resources Open Science is an approach promoted by the European Commission that has been developing internationally for about ten years. In the field of research on NWL, however, the difficulties for opening up research have led to intrinsic, ongoing debates. A subtle aspect of this situation relates the poor appropriation and utilisation of scientific research products in the pedagogical field by potential users (stakeholders in the education and training system).

Exploring the Educational Potential of Open Data: from ongoing practices to future scenarios – Presented at the EDEN Annual Conference 2018

Workshop Presentation & Resources An important challenge for the societies to mine the treasure of open data, in a context of Open Education, regards the analytical basis and frameworks for practice that support mainstreaming. The workshop target are not only researchers but also practitioners interested on understanding the concept of open data connected to lifelong learning, as well as designing educational interventions adopting Open Data.

This is an Open Educational Resource containing the full set of slides and worksheets adopted in the course “Educational Technologies”.
